Vietnam Data Center Network Celebrates Its 10th Anniversary and Launches the Vietnam Data Center Club
On June 20, 2025, the Vietnam Data Center Network (Predecessor of the Vietnam Data Center Community) community successfully organized the 10th Anniversary Celebration of the Vietnam Data Center Network and Launch of the Vietnam Data Center Club (VDCC) program at the PARKROYAL Saigon Hotel, Ho Chi Minh City.
Marking the milestone of a decade of formation and development, the event gathered a large number of experts, managers, data center operators, technology solution providers, and representatives of many enterprises in the digital infrastructure sector in Vietnam. This was not only an occasion to look back at the community’s development journey but also to open a new phase with the official establishment of the Vietnam Data Center Club (VDCC) to promote knowledge sharing activities, connect experts, and develop the data center ecosystem.
This year’s thematic program was organized with two parallel seminar rooms, delivering more than 10 in-depth presentations revolving around topics of interest in the industry such as Liquid Cooling, AI Data Center, Energy Efficiency, Power Infrastructure, Cooling Technologies, Uptime Standards, Digital Twin, and solutions to optimize the operation of next-generation data centers.
Speakers from various enterprises and organizations in the industry, such as Haier/Deep Knowledge Community, Snow Coil, Belimo, STT GDC Vietnam, V-Klima, Dinosys, CommScope, CMC Telecom, LG Electronics, Synergy, and Acez Group, brought many practical perspectives through deployed projects, operational experiences, and AI infrastructure development trends in the region.
One of the highlights of the program was a sharing session on AI and Chilled Water System Topologies, emphasizing the shift of data centers from traditional storage models to Computational Data Centers serving AI, High Performance Computing (HPC), and high-performance computing applications. The presentation analyzed changes in infrastructure architecture, high-density cooling requirements, as well as the development trends of data centers in the AI era.
In parallel, many practical solutions for the Data Hall were also introduced, including Direct-to-Chip Cooling, Rear Door Heat Exchanger (RDHx), Cooling Distribution Unit (CDU), Immersion Cooling, smart sensor systems, and precise flow control solutions, contributing to enhancing operational efficiency, optimizing energy consumption, and meeting the requirements of high-density data centers.
Not only focusing on professional content, the program also created conditions for enterprises, partners, and community members to network, expand cooperative relationships, and exchange business opportunities in the rapidly growing data center sector in Vietnam.
In the evening, the Gala Dinner program was held in an intimate atmosphere to celebrate the 10-year development journey of the Vietnam Data Center Network, while officially welcoming the Vietnam Data Center Club (VDCC) – a new platform aimed at connecting the community of experts, promoting knowledge sharing, and accompanying the sustainable development of the Vietnam Data Center industry in the era of digital transformation and AI.
The event left many positive marks, continuing to affirm the role of the Vietnam Data Center Network as a professional community connecting enterprises, experts, and organizations operating in the data center field, contributing to promoting innovation and digital infrastructure development in Vietnam.
